1. Scope and Definitions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") applies to all users (hereinafter referred to as "you") who use All Document Combo (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"). This Policy is intended to explain in detail how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information, as well as your rights to your personal information.

When you submit feedback, some personal information you may provide will be used to respond to the feedback.
Information about the documents you choose to upload to this app: Document content is only stored on your local device, and we will not collect or access your document content.
2.2 Information we automatically collect
Device and network information
Specifically covers: SDK/API/JS code version, IP address, device platform, installed version of this app; device manufacturer, operating system version, device default language and location, network status, etc.
Usage behavior data
Specifically includes: the number of clicks on each function by users, the frequency of visits to the login page, the browsing time and operation timestamp of each function page; the number of single openings of the app, the status of permission requests, and the success/failure records of function operation.
Information about third-party SDKs
The third-party SDKs integrated in this app (such as Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, etc.) will collect the following information: Google advertising ID (Android), device type, data used for advertising marketing analysis; some SDKs may record users' interactive preferences for ads by storing or reading cookies. Among them, the Android advertising identifier is only used for personalized advertising recommendations and effect analysis, and will not be associated with sensitive data such as user identity information and document content.
All the automatically collected data mentioned above are only used to improve product function experience and optimize advertising effects, and will only be passed to certified third-party statistical platforms such as Firebase and Facebook Analytics, and will not be sold to other third parties.

Feedback response: timely process and reply to your feedback content.
Service stability: based on device and network information, ensure that the service runs stably on different devices, systems and network environments, and improve compatibility.
Experience optimization: optimize function layout, operation process and performance by analyzing usage behavior data, and enhance ease of use.
Ad adaptation: use third-party tools to analyze advertising preferences, improve delivery accuracy, and reduce irrelevant advertising interference.
Safety assurance: monitor abnormal operations and network status to protect information security.
Product iteration: plan function updates based on data insights, develop new services that meet needs, and continuously improve quality.
Compliance operation: ensure that information use complies with laws and regulations, fulfill privacy protection obligations, and protect your legitimate rights and interests.
4. Data Retention, Security and Storage
4.1 Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
4.2 Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including data transmission encryption, storage encryption and access control, to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, change or destruction.
Although we have made reasonable efforts to ensure data security, we cannot completely eliminate all potential security risks due to the complexity of the network environment and the limitations of technological development. If an information security incident occurs due to unexpected circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as force majeure and cyber attacks, we will try our best to cooperate with the handling, but will not bear the relevant responsibility. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep your personal information properly and jointly maintain information security.
4.3 Data Storage Location
Your personal information is stored on servers located in the United States and the European Union, depending on your area of use. For EU users, data transfer to servers outside the EU (such as the United States) complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) to ensure consistent data protection standards.
5. Advertising services and Analysis Services
We may use user data to deliver targeted ads in the app. This does not mean that all personal data will be used for advertising purposes. The specific data usage details are as follows.

Personalized Ads Disable Instructions
In All Document Combo, we respect your control over your advertising preferences. You can manage personalized advertising in the following ways:
Android devices:
Go to Settings > Google > Ads and turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
Note: This will reset your Advertising ID and the system will stop sending interest-based ads
iOS devices:
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Ads and turn off "Personalized Ads"
Note: iOS 14+ systems also need to turn off "Allow App Request Tracking" in Settings > Privacy > Tracking
We use analysis services to monitor application traffic and track user behavior to improve application performance and user experience.
Firebase
Firebase is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. For more information on Google's data usage, please refer to Google's Partner Policy. Firebase Analytics may share data with other Firebase tools (such as crash reporting, authentication, remote configuration, notifications, etc.).
This app uses mobile device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID, iOS Advertising Identifier) and cookie-like technologies to run Firebase analysis services. You can opt out of certain Firebase features through device settings (such as Ads Settings) or instructions in other sections of this policy.
Personal data collected by Firebase includes: IP address, cookies, unique device identifiers for advertising, and usage data.

7. Rights

Right to restrict processing: When you object to the accuracy of your personal information, or believe that our processing behavior is unlawful but you do not want to delete the information for the time being, or we no longer need the information but you need us to retain it for legal reasons, you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information. During the period of restricted processing, we can only store your information and cannot perform other operations until the dispute is resolved or new processing conditions are met. We will take timely measures to restrict processing after receiving your valid request and notify you when the relevant circumstances change.
